Partial Outage — Canvas and Composition APIs

We're investigating a partial outage affecting Canvas and Composition APIs, starting at 10:42 UTC. Requests to read or modify compositions and entries are failing. Related functionality in Uniform.app is degraded as a result. This was triggered by a database migration that did not apply cleanly during a deployment. We're actively working on a fix and will post an update shortly.
